MECHANICS
1. Creation Guidelines:
โข Original work only. The artwork must be fully created by the artist.
โข References are allowed. Inspiration from photos or artworks is permitted, but the use of AI tools, filters, or image generators is strictly prohibited.
2. The artist must submit a video or time-lapse showing the creation process.
3. Any digital art program may be used, such as Canva, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, and others.
4. The artwork should highlight the youthโs role in leadership, creativity, innovation, unity, and community service.
