This registration form will serve as your PRE-REGISTRATION for the tournament. Make sure to accomplish the form as it will also be used for the official bracketing on event day.

Project PWDe: Gift Giving and Feeding Program for PWD Youth

JULY 16 | A simple act of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Today, we had the privilege of sharing not only food and essential supplies but also love, care, and hope with our PWD youth.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Acting Mayor Jen Capil for your unwavering support and to our MLBB Community Heroes for helping make this initiative possible. Because of your generosity, we were able to provide supplements, vitamins, rice, breakfast, snacks, and a warm bowl of sopas to our beneficiaries.

To everyone who extended their time, effort, and support—thank you for proving that when a community comes together, we can create a positive impact, one act of kindness at a time. 💙
