Ceremonial Commissioning of the SGLG-Funded Commuter Van

A milestone in Pototan’s pursuit of excellence in governance, this vehicle reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and quality public service.

Led by Mayor Adi Lazaro with SB Members present, Ma. Concepcion Sumergido and Mark Perez, municipal officials and employees, MLGOO Reno Tansiongco, and OFWs.
With guests: Jean M. Quistadio (LGOO VII, DILG Iloilo Province) and Engr. II John Phillip Wong.

Heartstrings: Love at First Strum with the tagline, “Kay mas nami ang gugma kung may musika.”

Pototan celebrates its 2nd year of spreading love, rhythm, and kilig all in one place on February 13, 2026. Here, every heartbeat has its own melody.

Valentine’s Capital of Western Visayas? We didn’t claim it… love just settled here. ❤️

Special thanks to Sir Rex Demavivas, Tritone Band, Ms. Barbie, and Kanami Studios for making our event even more memorable.

We also extend our gratitude to the Municipal Engineering Office for transforming the Pototan Town Plaza Lagoon into a lane filled with love.
