The Municipal Civil Registry Office of the Municipality of Pototan, together with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in cooperation with the LGU–Barangay Barasan, will conduct the Resumption of National ID Registration on July 15–16, 2026, at the Barangay Hall of Barasan.

Requirements:

• Babies:
-Immunization Card
-Original Birth Certificate
-National ID of either parent (mother or father)

• Children:
-Birth Certificate
-National ID of either parent (mother or father)

• Adults and Senior Citizens:
-Any valid government-issued ID, Passport, or Senior Citizen ID

We encourage all residents who have not yet registered for their National ID to take advantage of this opportunity. Please bring the original copies of the required documents to avoid delays in processing.
