Under the supervision and management of the Acting Jail Warden JCINSP DEVER D. FANTILAGA and JINSP ERICSON L. MENDOZA, Assistant Jail Warden, SJO1 Jhon-jhon L Lumines, conducted a Values Restoration Program (VRP) lecture to eleven (11) IDJ-MD Annex personnel.

The session centered on the weekly topic โ€œPurposefulness,โ€ which was discussed through an engaging and interactive exchange of insights among the participants. JO1 Farrah Yvonne Garalda emphasized that purposefulness strengthens direction, discipline, and commitment among BJMP personnel, enabling them to perform duties with clarity and determination.

Through a defined sense of purpose, officers are continually guided to uphold integrity, professionalism, and excellence in delivering effective public service and humane safekeeping.

Under the dynamic leadership of JCINSP DEVER D. FANTILAGA, Acting Jail Warden, with the unwavering support of JINSP ERICSON L. MENDOZA, Assistant Jail Warden, the Iloilo District Jail Male Dormitoryโ€“Annex facilitated the conduct of a Human Rights Jail Profile Interview spearheaded by Atty. Petrarch Torato and Atty. John Paul Ernest Ravena.

The activity aimed to assess and monitor the welfare, living conditions, and treatment of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) within the facility, ensuring that their fundamental rights are protected and upheld in accordance with established laws, policies, and human rights standards.

During the interview, selected PDL were given the opportunity to openly share their experiences, concerns, and observations regarding their stay inside the facility. The activity also served as a venue for evaluating the implementation of programs and services that contribute to the rehabilitation, welfare, and development of PDL.

IDJ MD ANNEX CONDUCTS GREYHOUND OPERATION ๐Ÿพ

As part of its continuing commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly facility, IDJ MD Annex successfully conducted a Greyhound Operation in coordination with friendly forces.

The operation yielded a positive result with ZERO illegal contraband recovered, reflecting the effectiveness of strengthened security measures, vigilance, and teamwork among personnel.
