Activity: Conduct of Seaborne Patrol

Personnel of this station conducted seaborne patrol within the coastal and municipal waters of the area of responsibility to ensure maritime safety and security. The activity involved monitoring the movement of fishing vessels and other watercraft, checking for possible violations of maritime laws, and maintaining police visibility in coastal communities.

No untoward incidents were recorded during the conduct of the patrol. Fisherfolk and boat operators were also reminded to comply with maritime regulations and safety measures while at sea.

Purpose: To enhance maritime security, prevent illegal activities such as illegal fishing, smuggling, and other maritime crimes, ensure the safety of coastal communities and fishermen, and maintain peace and order within the municipal waters.

STAKEHOLDERS ENGAGEMENT

Please be informed that June 03, 2026 today, PLT RICARDO JANIPIN BUSICO JR. OIC of Pres. Carlos P Garcia MPS conducted meeting engagement with the Local Chief Executive, HON. KENNETH B ESTAVILLA, Municipal Mayor and other Heads of Offices during the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Coordinating Board Meeting. The activity focused on strengthening coordination, discussing the implementation of CBMS activities, and emphasizing the importance of accurate community data for local planning and decision-making.

The meeting enhanced collaboration among concerned offices and stakeholders, resulting in a shared commitment to support data-gathering efforts and the effective implementation of the CBMS. and To strengthen inter-agency coordination, promote evidence-based governance, identify community needs and priorities, and improve the delivery of government programs and services through reliable and updated community data.

Preisdent Garcia MPS Personnel under direct control and supervision of PLT RICARDO JANIPIN BUSICO JR, COP,(OIC) conducted information dissemination thru distribution of flyers re educational and campaign IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials particularly on giving of Anti-Illegal Drugs, Anti- Terrorism Tips, Disaster Preparedness, Anti- Cyber Crime, Anti- Child abuse, Anti-Criminality Tips Flyers, Safety Tips, Republic Act 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), Republic Act 8353(Anti-Rape Law of 1997), Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act), RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004), RA 9208 (Trafficking In Person) and National Emergency Hotline No. 911 within the Municipality of President Garcia MPS.

MOBILE PATROL
President Garcia MPS continuously conducting mobile patrol operations within the municipality to enhance police visibility, deter criminal activities, and ensure the safety and security of the community.
Through regular patrols, Preisdent Garcia MPS personnel can detect suspicious activities, address security issues at an early stage, responding promptly to incidents, and fostering stronger police-community relations.
We encourage everyone to stay vigilant and immediately report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station.
