Proposed Prieto Diaz Wind Farm Project
• Target na mga Barangay na Makikinabang: 16 na barangay sa Prieto Diaz
• Mga Benepisyo ng Proyekto:
1. Malinis at Renewable na Enerhiya: Pagkakaroon ng kuryente na hindi nakakasama sa kalikasan.
2. Trabaho: Pagbibigay ng oportunidad sa mga residente na makapagtrabaho sa proyekto.
3. Mandatong Benepisyo ayon sa ER 1-94 Program: Mga pondo at tulong na nararapat ibigay sa komunidad mula sa kikitain ng pasilidad ng enerhiya (tulad ng proyektong pangkabuhayan, pangkalusugan, at pang-edukasyon)

Napag usapan rin ang Operasyon ng Ibingan Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP) sa Barangay San Antonio na malapit nang maramdaman ng mga magsasaka sa Prieto Diaz, ayon kay
Engr. Edmundo T. Villaluz, Acting IMO Manager ng Sorsogon-Masbate NIA Sorsogon Office.

• Patubig sa Buong Taon: Dahil sa reservoir, hindi na kailangang maghintay ng ulan ang mga magsasaka para makapagtanim. Maaari na silang magkaroon ng dalawa hanggang tatlong anihan sa loob ng isang taon. Dahil sa matatag na suplay ng tubig, inaasahan magpapataas ng ani ng mga palay at makabuluhang mag-aangat sa antas ng pamumuhay ng daan-daang pamilya sa nasabing bayan.
