Launching of the Palawan Credit Surety Fund (CSF) Cooperative

The Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) extends its full support to the successful launching of the Palawan Credit Surety Fund (CSF) Cooperative, a milestone initiative that aims to strengthen access to financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives in Palawan.

This initiative marks another step toward inclusive growth and sustainable local development through cooperative empowerment.

We also express our sincere thanks to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for initiating this event, the Cooperative Development Authority for their active support, the cooperatives both from Palawan and Puerto Princesa City for the enthusiasm to be part of Credit Surety Fund Coop and appreciation to the Provincial Information Office PIO Palawan for sharing this important milestone and for continuously promoting programs that uplift the cooperative movement in the province.

The Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) proudly features Gulay Natin Palawan — a line of healthy and innovative veggie-based snacks made by our very own Quinlogan Farmers Agriculture Cooperative of Quezon, Palawan. 💚

From Chichalong (Talong) to Bitter Better (Ampalaya), Chichabet (Pakbet), and Chichano (Tinola) — these snacks are proof that our local farmers are not only cultivating crops but also creating nutritious, delicious, and proudly local products! 🙌

Also introducing Pinya Asim, a locally made pineapple vinegar from the fresh harvests of Barangay Quinlogan — perfect for every dish and dipping! 🍍✨

Let’s continue to support and promote Palawan-made products and empower our cooperatives towards sustainable livelihood and community development. 💪🇵🇭

Turning Waste into Hope | Community Eco-Project

In celebration of Cooperative Month 2025, the Municipal Cooperative Development Office (MCDO) of San Vicente, in partnership with the Gender and Development (GAD) Desk, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and the Barangay Local Government of Binga, successfully conducted the 2nd Implementation of “Cash Incentives and School Supplies in Exchange for Plastic and Recyclable Waste Materials” at Brgy. Binga Gymnasium last October 7, 2025. ♻️

This meaningful activity empowered students to turn their collected recyclables into school essentials and savings — promoting both environmental care and youth financial literacy. 🌱

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Government of Palawan for their continuous support in our cooperative development programs and sustainability initiatives. 💚

Together, let’s build cleaner, greener, and more empowered communities! 🙌
