IN PHOTOS | Civil Military Operation Unit- West joins the nation commemorating National Flag Day every 28 May, honoring the country’s national flag and the historic first unfurling following the Battle of Alapan in 1898.
This observance also marks the beginning of the National Flag Days period, which runs until 12 June, the celebration of Philippine Independence Day. During this time, Filipinos are encouraged to proudly and respectfully display the Philippine flag in government offices, schools, business establishments, public spaces, and homes as a symbol of love for country, patriotism, nationalism, unity, and national pride.

• Naval Station Apolinario Jalandoon, Brgy San Miguel, Puerto Princessa City, Palawan
𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗬?
• Filipino citizen
• At least 18 yrs old and not a day older than 24 years old on the date of application for Candidate Sailors.
• At least 20 years old but not older than 26 years old on the date of application as Officer Candidates.
• College graduate preferably with preferred technical courses for Officer Candidates and at least Senior high school preferably tech-voc graduate with NCII Technical/Computer Courses for Candidate Sailors.
• Physically & mentally fit
• Of good moral character
