PGSO Palawan A department of Provincial Government of Palawan headed by the Provincial General Services Officer

The Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) as mandated in Section 490 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as “The Local Government Code of 1991”, takes custody of and is accountable for all government supplies and properties, real or personal, owned by the province and those granted in the form of donation, reparation, assistance and counterpart of joint projects. Its task likewise, includes

maintenance and safekeeping of government properties, records, etc. and ensure systematic delivery of basic services to the people as stated in the Provincial Administrative Code of Palawan under Provincial Ordinance No. 269-A, series of 1997. This is one of the offices of the Provincial Government of Palawan (PGP) and headed by the Provincial General Services Officer.

Exciting News for a Greener Future! ✅

We are proud to announce the newly installed Recycling Bin for PET Bottles within the vicinity of the Capitol Compound! ♻️

This initiative encourages everyone - PGP employees and visitors alike - to properly dispose of their PET bottles and other recyclable materials. By doing so, we can all contribute to the 3Rs- Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle - helping to minimize waste and protect our environment for future generations. 🌳

A huge thank you to our good Governor V. Dennis M. Socrates for his unwavering support in promoting this sustainable step towards a cleaner, greener community! 💚

The Completed Renovation of the Male Comfort Room located beside the Provincial Budget Office has been successfully inspected and is now fully operational.

The Comfort room is also equipped with proper lighting and ventilation, creating a safe comfortable environment for everyone.

Accessibility has been prioritized, ensuring the space is user-friendly for PWD and PGP employees and visitors.

This project aligns with the standards, meets safety regulations, and is supported by our good Governor V. Dennis M. Socrates.
