📢 ATTENTION – BARANGAYS OF PUERTO PRINCESA

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has issued Local Budget Memorandum No. 94 on the Indicative FY 2027 National Tax Allotment (NTA) Shares of LGUs and the Guidelines on the Preparation of FY 2027 Annual Budgets.

📌 Key provision for barangays (Item 2.2.27):
FY 2027 barangay annual budgets shall be prepared in accordance with the procedures and schedules under:
✅ RA No. 7160 (Local Government Code); and
✅ LBC No. 170 dated May 4, 2026 – Barangay Budgeting Manual (BBM), 2026 Edition

: The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) issued Local Budget Memorandum No. 92B dated December 26, 2025, titled “Final Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 National Tax Allotment (NTA) Shares of Local Government Units (LGUs).”

The Memorandum provides the final amount of NTA shares of LGUs for FY 2026, reflecting authorized adjustments that occurred or happened until the end of FY 2025.
