This year marks as the 4th Annual Celebration of “Puerto Princesa City Youth Festival (PPCYF)” a localized celebration enacted through City Ordinance No. 1072 in observance with Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” mandating of the annual celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan on the week where the International Youth Day falls to coincide.

With this year International Youth Day’s theme “Green Skills for Youth: Towards Sustainable World” the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Puerto Princesa, Local Youth Development Council, Local Youth Development Office, and City Social Welfare and Development- Youth Development Officer have collaborated with intergenerational partners to foster successful and equitable relationships laying down month-long celebration with programs and activities of various spheres promoting inclusivity breaking age-related barriers leaving no one behind.
