In line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, which implements a four-day onsite work arrangement for government agencies to promote energy conservation, Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Palawan will be adjusting its center schedule.

This will take effect starting March 11, 2026, until further notice.

Attention ICT Professionals: The DICT Palawan will be conducting a FREE ICT Proficiency Pre-assessment Diagnostic Examination.

This test is designed to evaluate an individual's competence in performing programming or systems analysis and design functions. Those who pass the pre-assessment diagnostic exam will advance to the ICT Proficiency Certification Exam.

The examinations are scheduled for October 29, 2025, at the DICT Palawan Provincial Office. The deadline for submitting the completed registration form is October 17, 2025.
