PCOL LORENZO III CONDUCTS INSPECTION AND “TALK TO MEN” WITH LAPAZ MPS PERSONNEL,

The Tarlac Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL Harry R. Lorenzo III, Provincial Director, conducted a proactive inspection followed by a “Talk to Men” to the personnel of the Lapaz Municipal Police Station headed by PMAJ Albert Pascua, Acting Chief of Police on October 2, 2026, at the La Paz Municipal Police Station, Brgy. San Roque, Lapaz, Tarlac.

During the activity, PCOL Lorenzo assessed the station’s operational readiness, police facilities, personnel deployment, and adherence to prescribed policies and procedures. He also emphasized the importance of discipline, professionalism, accountability, and responsive police service in maintaining peace and order and ensuring public safety.

The “Talk to Men” also served as an avenue to address concerns, provide guidance, and strengthen the morale and commitment of personnel in the effective delivery of police services to the community.

TARLAC PPO UNDER JBM CARES – ADOPT-A-SCHOOL PROGRAM CONDUCTS FEEDING ACTIVITY FOR CDC STUDENTS

PCOL Harry R. Lorenzo III, Provincial Director, duly represented by Mrs. Katrina Lorenzo, together with personnel of the Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU), conducted feeding program for twenty-five (25) students of the Child Development Center (CDC), under the guidance of Teacher Conchita Turla, on October 1, 2026.

The activity was held at the Child Development Center (CDC), Camp General Francisco Macabulos, Brgy. San Vicente, Tarlac City, as part of the JBM CARES – Adopt-a-School Program, an initiative of PBGEN Jess B. Mendez, Regional Director, Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).

The initiative reflects the TPPO’s continuing commitment to strengthening police-community partnerships and supporting the welfare and development of children. Through programs such as JBM CARES – Adopt-a-School, the TPPO continues to promote meaningful community engagement and extend assistance to young learners.

TARLAC PPO HOLDS TURNOVER CEREMONY FOR CAPAS MPS AND 2ND PMFC

The Tarlac Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL Harry R Lorenzo III, Provincial Director, presided over the Turnover Ceremony for the Capas Municipal Police Station and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company on October 1, 2026, held at the TPPO Conference Room, Camp General Francisco Macabulos, Tarlac City.

The ceremony formally marked the transition of leadership and responsibilities between PLTCOL Alfie M Salang, outgoing Officer-in-Charge of Capas MPS and incoming Officer-in-Charge of 2nd PMFC, and PLTCOL Reynold B Macabitas, outgoing Officer-in-Charge of 2nd PMFC and incoming Chief of Police of Capas MPS.

Also present during the activity were members of the Command Group, Staff Officers, and personnel of the Provincial Headquarters, Capas MPS, and 2nd PMFC.

The turnover ceremony signifies the continued commitment of the Tarlac PPO to effective leadership, professionalism, and dedicated service to the community.
