Hoteala’s Planned Activities

Hoteala can be duplicated.

Help Others To Earn A Living Advocacy
Conceptualized in 2017

Mission: To help tnvs drivers be uplifted to a driver/operators.

The Boundary Hulog System was introduced to several drivers and operators. Since this system was introduced to anybody who inquired, we were not able to keep track how many were benefited.

Now that the pandemic is reaching its being over, I would like to Hoteal and look into the welfare of the following on a per brgy basis.

Objectives:
1. To help the farmers, inventors, pinoy manufacturers facilitate the supply chain system by creating links to merchants locally and abroad.

2. To ask stakeholders per item #1 voluntarity donate to

Hoteala NGO to be registered to SEC

3. To look into the medical and personal welfare of the ff. Per brgy with Volunteer Parishioner Coordinator:

A. Street Dwellers
B. Needy Senior Citizens
C. Needy PWDs
D. Needy Single Mothers
E. Etc.

Goals:

Feb.-Mar. 2023
1. Pilot 1-2 Barangays
2. After 1 month pilot implementation register Hoteala NGO to SEC

Apr-Jul 2023
1. Sponsor Senate and Congress Bills in line with the objectives.
2. Continue per brgy implementation
3. Develop scorecard system to reward VPC and VCL performers monthly.

Blast Implementations

Strategies:

1. Gather Volunteer Parishioner Coordinators(VPC)

2. Pilot 1 or more barangays in the implementation of the above objectives

3. Review pilot implementations, correct loopholes

4. Appoint Volunteer Community Leaders(VCL) who shall oversee 5 Parish Areas composed of several barangays.

Measurements/Controls:

1. Get Personal or Business Profiles of the following who are interested to help to make this Hoteala OGSM a reality:

A. Producers
B. Merchants
C. Inventors
D. Farmers
E. LGUs
F. VPCs
G. VCLs
H. Etc.

2. Zoom Meetings:

A. Saturdays at 8pm
B. Monthly , second saturday falling within the 8 - 14 days after each month

3. Quarterly F2f board and committee heads mtg.

4. Annual Report by the Board of Trustees to the general assembly.
