EDITED ADVISORY | Following the Quezon City Government's recommendation and in anticipation of heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, SPUQC classes will transition to online modality today, September 11, 2026.

Please take note of the updated arrangements for each academic level indicated in this edited advisory. University offices will remain open during regular business hours.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | In reference to Memorandum Circular No. 135 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, and in anticipation of heavy rainfall brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall, SPUQC will implement adjustments to today’s classes and activities.

Please refer to the advisory for the specific arrangements for each academic level and University offices.

📌DATES TO NOTE | Please be guided by the following holidays this August:

August 19 (Wednesday) — Quezon City Day, Local Special Non-Working Holiday
August 21 (Friday)— Ninoy Aquino Day, Special Non-Working Day
August 31 (Monday) — National Heroes Day, Regular Holiday

There will be no classes and office operations on these dates. Regular classes and office transactions will resume on the next scheduled school/workday.

Following the announcement of the Quezon City Local Government, classes at all levels are suspended on Monday, July 27, 2026, to help minimize traffic congestion and public inconvenience due to road closures during the State of the Nation Address (SONA).

University offices will remain open and continue to accommodate transactions during regular office hours.
