The 17th Online Orientation/Consultation on Licensing of Establishments and Registration of Animal Feeds, Veterinary and Biological Products tentatively scheduled on September 02, 2022, from 09:30 am to 04:00 pm. Attendance to the said orientation is part of the requirement for the issuance of License-To-Operate (LTO) and Certificate for Feed Product Registration/Certificate for Product Registration (CFPR/CPR). Due to limited slots, we will only accept first-time company owners or managers.

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. Attach the following documents to the application letter:

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment to CS Form No. 212) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.

Address your application to OIC-Director Reildrin Morales, attention to Human Resources Section Head to Mr. Benjamin D. Bajo, Jr. Deadline of application is on August 2, 2022.

Applicants with incomplete submission of documents will not be included in the evaluation.
