The Civil-Military Operations Command Civilian Human Resources (CMO-CivHR), through its CivHR Section headed by Mr. Mark Bryan Miranda, RSW, M.A., successfully conducted its Year-End and 4th Quarter Socials at Bulwagang Reyes, CMOCAFP.
This gathering served as a meaningful celebration of the team’s hard work, commitment, and accomplishments throughout the year. The activity strengthened camaraderie among CivHR personnel and provided an opportunity to look back on milestones while welcoming the coming year with renewed motivation.
The event was filled with fun games and raffle draws, that highlighted the creativity and spirit of unity within the CivHR family. It also served as a simple thanksgiving gathering for everyone’s dedication in supporting the mission of the CMO Command.

The CRS CIVHR conducted its 3rd Quarter Training with the topic “Records Management”, facilitated by Subject Matter Expert Ms. Anabelle R Avila. The training emphasized the crucial role of effective records management in ensuring organizational efficiency, transparency, and accountability—particularly within the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).The training highlighted the importance of proper handling, safekeeping, and disposition of official records, underscoring how systematic records management supports decision-making, legal compliance, and institutional continuity. The session also encouraged participants to adopt best practices in maintaining both physical and electronic records to uphold the integrity and reliability of information within the organization.
