The red tape, once a symbol of delay, is transformed into a red carpet—signifying reforms that enable faster, more transparent, and people-centered service delivery. The sequence of images—from long queues to timely consultation and clear discharge instructions—represents the impact of institutional efficiency on everyday lives. A photographer stands witness, symbolizing accountability and public trust. The use of directional signage for "Efficiency, Transparency, Progress" anchors the viewer in the vision of a Bagong Pilipinas where reform is not just policy, but a lived experience. This poster aims to inspire continued transformation in public service.

Ang PDAO personnel po ay pwepwesto sa EAMC OPD (Screening Area) buong HUWEBES ng BUWAN NG APRIL (April 07, 13 (WEDNESDAY), 21, at 28) (9:00am to 2:00pm) para maglunsad ng Registration. Sa lahat po ng mga PWD na magaapply ng PWD QCID magdala lamang ng mga sumusunod:

1. Proof of Disability - Medical Certificate/Records kung hindi nakikitang kapansanan.
2. Proof of residence - Valid ID/Brgy. Certificate/Indigency
3. Photo for ID.
4. Pirma.

Sa mga nakikitang kapansanan kukunan nalamang ng larawan, pati na ang picture para sa ID.
