Kaugnay ng mga naging sunod-sunod na isyu na nakaapekto sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS), at upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na pagbibigay ng serbisyo at mabigyan ang publiko ng sapat na pagkakataong makapagproseso ng kanilang mga transaksyon nang walang karagdagang bayarin, ipinatutupad ang Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5271.

Pinalalawig hanggang sa susunod na abiso ang bisa ng mga sumusunod na mag-e-expire simula Hulyo 1, 2026:

• Motor Vehicle Registration
• Driver's License
• Conductor's License
• Student Permit
• Medical Certificate

Walang sisingiling late fees o penalties para sa lahat ng renewal na sakop ng nasabing extension habang epektibo ang Memorandum Circular.

Please be informed that the LTO La Loma District Office will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, due to the scheduled power interruption by Meralco affecting the office.

During this period, all transactions at the LTO La Loma District Office are suspended.

Regular office operations will resume on the next working day, subject to the restoration of electrical service.
