The ACSC/APF is a network of Southeast Asian civil society organizations and social movements that engages the ASEAN processes to address the issues and concerns of the people –human rights and access to justice, peace and human security, trade, climate change, migration, and social protection. Its constituents include workers, the peasantry, urban poor, fisherfolk, women, children, LGBT community

, indigenous peoples, migrants, older persons, workers, youth and persons with disabilities.

The Philippine Process is a network of civil society organisations (CSOs) in the country that looks into and analyzes issues in relation to ASEAN, as well as issues confronting the Philippines and its neighbours in the region. The Philippine Process participates in the ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ASEAN Peoples' Forum (ACSC/APF), a gathering of CSOs held every year simultaneously with the ASEAN Summit.

We are featuring several q***r artworks and films from across Southeast Asia, plus a collective art-making corner where everyone can add a piece to the SEA Q***r Quilt. Get to meet q***r-led businesses and services supporting physical and mental wellbeing.

ASC is also excited to convene the Southeast Asia Q***r Arts and Justice Summit (SEAQAJS). We will bring together LGBTQIA+ artists, cultural workers, and organizers to share ideas on the power of art and cultural activism in promoting equality, and human rights across Southeast Asia.
