PIPSEA is a national organization of workers' unions with members from National Government Agencies (NGAs), Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), Local Govt Units (LGUs) and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).

Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary and Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP) Chairperson Amenah F. Pangandaman led the 2nd quarter meeting of the PH-OGP Steering Committee July 30, 2024. We raised the update on SSL 6 according to Sec. Pangandaman they are waiting for the issuance of E.O. from Pres. PBBM anytime of this year will be implemented and retroactive January 2024 and the HMO will be implemented by 2025 and i asked about the PERA Increase yes you have an increase but it will be on 2026 and I asked politely how much? she answered smilingly SECRET.
