A culture of respect and honor we display,
For the flag we salute, uphold, and obey🇵ðŸ‡
Last Friday, January 27, 2026, Ernesto Rondon High School held its final flag-lowering ceremony for the school year—an event that reflected the culture of reverence, discipline, and patriotism that the school continues to uphold. As the Philippine flag was solemnly lowered and gracefully folded, it was respectfully turned over by the Scouts to Dr. Modesto G. Villarin.
As he marched forward, the Scouts rendered a salute, followed by Assistant Principal Ma’am Editha Macawile, the Head Teachers, and the Non-Teaching Personnel of the school. More than a ceremonial act, the moment underscored a lasting value passed on to the Rondonians: that honoring the flag is a shared responsibility and a living tradition that endures beyond leadership and time.
