LTFRB's requiring mandatory membership in any cooperative as a prerequisite to owners franchising of their public utility vehicles is a direct violation of a citizen's right to choose what kind of association and when to join as guaranteed by the constitution.

Pls. share any other new developments with LTFRB relative to our business.
New Department Orders, Issuances of LTFRB should be communicated by posting herein space as message so all will be guided accordingly.
Let us go by the rules set by said government agencies so we can help not only our clients but also the government itself.
