PADILLA was designated as the first female Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) spokesperson. She has remarkable achievements that garnered international recognition. In 2023, she was honored as the Global Cybersecurity Woman Leader of the Year, surpassing nominees from 62 countries. She was also acknowledged as one of the Top 30 Women in Security in ASEAN for 2021 and one of the Top 10 Women in

Cyber Security in the Philippines in 2020. Recognized as an Epic Woman in Cyber and a Wonder Woman in Tech by international entities, her contributions to the field have been truly exceptional with her advocacy dubbed as β€œCyber for Peace” Initiative which was featured by the International Cyber News magazine for the October Cybersecurity month 2023 issue making her the first Filipino to be featured in the said magazine.

Katuwang ang Armed Forces of the Philippines, inihahandog ang isang makabuluhang talakayan na pinamagatang β€œWomen in Peace and Security and the West Philippine Sea.”

Layunin ng sesyong ito na kilalanin ang mahalagang papel ng kababaihan, lalo na ang mga Kababaihang Katutubo, sa pagtataguyod ng kapayapaan, seguridad, at kaunlaran ng bansa. Tampok ang kanilang ambag sa pamumuno, community-building, at conflict resolution bilang katuwang sa paghubog ng isang ligtas, inklusibo, at matatag na lipunan, pati na sa pagtatanggol ng soberanya ng bansaβ€”lalo na sa usapin ng West Philippine Seaβ€”sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalaganap ng kamalayang makabayan at pagsuporta sa mapayapang resolusyon ng mga sigalot.

Bilang bahagi ng programa, masisilayan din ang isang natatanging pagtatanghal ng Original Pilipino Music (OPM) mula sa isang mahusay na commander ng AFP, na maghahatid ng awiting sumasalamin sa diwa ng pagmamahal sa bayan, pagkakaisa, at paglilingkod.
