In line with the command's commitment to strengthening organizational cohesion and enhancing operational effectiveness, COL ROLANDO V. NOTO, INF (GSC), PA (RES), Brigade Commander of the 1502nd Ready Reserve Infantry Brigade (1502 RRIBde), conducted a command visit to Alpha Company, 1302nd 1st Ready Reserve Battalion, under the 1302nd Community Defense Center (1302nd CDC), National Capital Region Ready Reserve Command Group (NCRRCDG), Reserve Command, Philippine Army.
Accompanied by the Brigade Staff Officers, the visit was aimed to reinforce the Brigade's strategic direction, align operational priorities, and strengthen the spirit of unity and teamwork among reserve units in pursuit of a shared vision of a highly capable, responsive, and mission-ready Reserve Force.
The Brigade Commander and his delegation were warmly welcomed by LTC ELMER GUEVARRA, Battalion Commander of the 1302nd 1st Ready Reserve Battalion, together with the Battalion Staff, Alpha Company Officers, and enlisted personnel.
During the conference, Alpha Company presented its significant accomplishments, ongoing programs, operational updates, and key challenges requiring higher headquarters' guidance and support. An open and constructive dialogue followed, allowing concerns to be addressed, issues to be clarified, and strategic directions to be harmonized. The engagement further strengthened mutual understanding, reinforced command guidance, and fostered greater collaboration between the Brigade Headquarters and its subordinate units.
The activity concluded with a traditional boodle fight, symbolizing camaraderie, solidarity, and the unwavering brotherhood among the officers and personnel of the 1302nd Ready Reserve Regiment. More than a shared meal, it served as a powerful reminder of the Regiment's collective commitment to serve with honor, uphold professionalism, and work together as One Team, One Regiment, and One Reserve Command in fulfilling its mission of serving the nation and the Filipino people.
