🚨 EARTHQUAKE ADVISORY🚨
A Magnitude 5.8 Earthquake occurred.

📍 Epicenter: 13.16°N, 120.41°E (21 km S 70° W of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro)
📅 Date & Time: August 7, 2026 | 10:38 AM
📏 Depth: 10 km

All MCAFP Personnel and MTFs are advised to:
• DROP, COVER, and HOLD if shaking recurs.
• Check yourself, your colleagues, patients, and visitors for injuries.
• Conduct personnel accountability and report any casualties immediately.
• Administer first aid as needed.
• Stay away from damaged structures, glass windows, elevators, and other potential hazards.
• Engineering and Safety personnel shall inspect facilities for structural damage and utility hazards.
• All medical and emergency response teams shall remain on heightened alert.
• Monitor official advisories from PHIVOLCS and NDRRMC for updates, including possible tsunami advisories.
• Remain calm and follow the instructions of your chain of command.

Stay alert.
Expect possible aftershocks. Safety is everyone's responsibility.

This bacterial infection spreads through water contaminated with urine from infected animals. Floodwaters and muddy areas increase your risk.

Protect yourself:

-Avoid wading through floodwaters
-Wear boots and protective clothing
-Keep your surroundings clean
-Watch out for symptoms like fever, muscle pain, and jaundice

If you experience these symptoms, seek medical help immediately and proceed to nearest Military Treatment Facilities or Hospital
