The Citizens Information and Assistance (CIA) Bayanihan family extends its warmest greetings to the Municipality of Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija!

Earlier on July 7, 2026, Coordinator Vilma Mangaoangโ€”a dedicated CIA Pasig Member and proud resident of Pantabanganโ€”attended the weekly Flag Raising Ceremony at the municipal grounds, led by the honorable Mayor Monaliza Humiwat Agdipa.

Participating in these civic gatherings reinforces our organizationโ€™s commitment to fostering strong relationships with local government units (LGUs). By standing together with our local leaders and public servants, CIA-Bayanihan continues to bridge communities and support initiatives that promote national pride, civic duty, and community development.

The Citizens Information and Assistance (CIA) Bayanihan - Zaragoza Chapter showed its strong support for local governance by attending the Ulat sa Bayan / State of the Municipality Address at the Municipal Gymnasium in Del Pilar, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija.

The event highlighted the progress, achievements, and future plans for the municipality, bringing together local leaders, government agencies, and community organizations.

The Citizens Information and Assistance (CIA) Bayanihan - Cauayan City Chapter successfully conducted a school bag entry check and safety monitoring operation at Sillawit Elementary and High School.

The initiative focused on maintaining peace and order within the school premises to ensure a safe environment for both elementary and high school students.

Last July 3, 2026, the CIA Bayanihan Quirino, Isabela Chapter spent a meaningful morning with the bright pupils of San Vicente Elementary School for a special Feeding Program and Moral Values Lecture!

Led by Municipal Director Warlito Dulay and Assistant Municipal Director Kaegay Laciste Reyes, our Quirino officers pooled their efforts to serve the children. We were also blessed to have Cauayan City Director, Pastor Samuel de Guzman, who gave an inspiring lecture on moral values to the students.

The CIA Bayanihan Region 2 celebrates a major milestone as we officially welcome the newest chapter in Cauayan City! Last July 4, 2026, the orientation and awarding of IDs and Certificates for CIA Barangay Union, Cauayan City Chapter was successfully executed at P3 Brgy. Union.

Shoutout to Provincial Director Edward Bartolome and City Director Pastor Samuel de Guzman for initiating and leading this successful activity! We were also deeply inspired by the message of our Guest Speaker, Regional Director Col. Guy T. Puyao (Ret. PA).

The CIA Bayanihan proudly joined the Dasmariรฑas City Component Police Station (CCPS) in celebrating the 31st Police Community Relations (PCR) Month.

During the event, the PNP Dasma, under the supervision of OIC Chief PLT COL Mac Arthur Sumayop Mercader, paid tribute to the sacrifices, dedication, and unwavering support of our community force multipliers in assisting our local police force.

Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to the outstanding groups and members who continue to serve as vital partners in maintaining peace and order. A productive meeting was also held to plan upcoming joint projects and activities aimed at further strengthening our community.

We would like to commend the CIA Bayanihan Cortes Chapter (Surigao del Sur, Region 13) and the Cortes Municipal Police Station for their tireless efforts during the Manlico Community Fiesta last June 29, 2026.

Our volunteers, led by Provincial Director Roger Gomez Magbanua, worked hand-in-hand with the team of Chief of Police PMAJ Jun Hontanosas to manage checkpoints and ensure smooth crowd control throughout the event.

Because of everyone's cooperation, the fiesta was not only vibrant but completely safe and orderlyโ€”with no untoward incidents reported. Thank you to our modern-day heroes for keeping the Bayanihan spirit alive! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ
