This is why inculcating DRRM Awareness is very important—it could help oneself and other people!
BPNIS is very proud of its Teachers and learners for their helping hands extended during today's disaster.
Thank you so much Sir Marlon Buhawe — formerly part of Municipal BFP Unit, Ma'am Hannah Jane Fabrigas — a registered nurse and formerly part of the Municipal Rescue Unit, and Sir Ranuel John Pador, an all rounder teacher — all from High School Department — for risking your own safety in helping the community people, especially in guiding the JERU and other learners to help extinguish the fire that broke out earlier this morning. Thank you ma'am Hannah for giving the First Aid, Ma'am Claudine and Ma'am Jelanie for giving comfort to Tatay Rudy.
Thank you so much to the BFP and Rescue Units of Quezon Municipality for training our learners last Summer to be prepared during disasters and emergencies. The lessons they learned truly helped a lot today. Hoping for more schools and learners around Quezon, especially from far flung areas where rescue operations might get delayed due to distance and geographical factors, to get the same training as our selected learners did.
Above all, thank you so much Lord that no one was hurt during today's devastating event. As part of the community, our institution will always be ready to extend our help to anyone who is in need within our capabilities.
Our hearts are with the victims who are one of the very active stakeholders of our school.
