We are ππππππππ ππππππππ.
On 28 September 2026, the Municipal Agriculture Office and the Municipal Health Office join communities all over the world in observing World Rabies Day, which raises global awareness for the disease. This year's theme, Stronger Together, reminds us that rabies elimination is only possible if we work together.
Everyone has a role to play. Yes: ikaw, ako, tayo.
Together with the MHO and the Provincial Veterinary Office, here is the schedule of our activities at the Cultural Center Building, Alfonso XIII, Quezon, Palawan:
September 28 (MAO & MHO)
πfree anti-rabies vaccination for the first 100 pets to arrive
π’information campaign on animal bite management and responsible pet ownership
September 29 - October 1 (PROVET & MAO)
πΆπ±free spaying and neutering for 100 pets
First day: 25 male, 10 female
Second day: 25 male, 10 female
Third day: 20 male, 10 female
For this World Rabies Day, let us remember that rabies remains a serious public health concern, but we can prevent it through responsible action and collective effort.
