Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133 issued by the Office of the President, all government offices shall adopt a Work-at-Home arrangement, while all public and private schools at all levels shall implement modular learning and/or other appropriate alternative modes of learning. However, offices providing essential services, including the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Rural Health Unit (RHU), and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), shall remain open and operational to ensure the continuous delivery of vital public services.

Quirinians Receive NCIP Scholarships

Testing and Acceptance of MDRRMO Free WiFi

The Department of Information and Communications Technology conducted the testing and acceptance of the MDRRMO Free WiFi facility.

The DICT team, led by Sir Lito Fontanilla, facilitated the testing and validation of the installed Free WiFi service to ensure its functionality, connectivity, and readiness for public use.

The Municipality of Quirino extends its appreciation to the DICT Provincial Office for its continued support in advancing digital connectivity and public access to information and communication services.

However, offices rendering essential services, including the Rural Health Unit , Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, shall remain open and operational to ensure the continuous delivery of essential services.

Employees are advised to prioritize their safety and monitor official announcements for further updates.

Face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools are suspended this afternoon, August 24, 2026 due to the prevailing Southwest Monsoon and heavy rainfall affecting the area.

Parents and guardians are advised to pick up their children from school and ensure their safe return home. Everyone is urged to remain vigilant and monitor official advisories.
