Isang Bukas na Liham sa DENR

Dear DENR,

We should have had this data a long time ago.

Tree Nurturing for a Resilient Future ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒ

Our efforts from the June Environment Month Tree Planting Activity continue to bear fruit this July, as we mark the National Resilience Month with a follow-up Tree Nurturing Activity.

Led by MENRO with strong support from MDRRMO, made this acrivity successful -- this initiative reflects an efficient and sustained commitment to environmental protection and climate resilience.

๐ŸŒฑ Tree nurturing is more than just maintenance โ€” it is a crucial step in ensuring tree survival, improving biodiversity, and securing long-term climate change mitigation. Healthy, growing trees contribute to:
โœ… Cleaner air
โœ… Cooler temperatures
โœ… Reduced flood risk
โœ… Healthier watersheds
โœ… Improved soil stability
โœ… A more resilient and livable community

We thank the various LGU departments and partner agencies who actively joined this cause. Together, we grow not just trees โ€” but a stronger, greener future.

Delikado.
