🌍 Strengthening Community Resilience: 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake and Tsunami Evacuation Drill 🌊

In a comprehensive effort to enhance disaster preparedness and resilience, our municipality conducted the 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, which included a Tsunami Evacuation Drill simulation. This vital activity brought together key response and support teams, including the Palawan Rescue Team, MHO, MSDWO, MEO, GSO, 4Ps, MDRRMO Auxiliaries, Navy Reservists, PNP, BFP, PCG, 7MC MBLT 7, DILG, PDRRMO and our dedicated Barangay Council members & BERT. Their joint participation demonstrated a united commitment in strengthening our readiness and safeguarding our community against potential natural disasters.

Guided by the expertise of MDRRMO Department Head Anthony B. Lorenzo and led by LDRMMO-III Romeo D. Cadang, the drill focuses on enhancing coordination, swift response, and effective rescue operations. Through simulated scenarios, participants practiced evacuation, search and rescue, and critical response procedures to ensure a coordinated approach when time matters most.

This program was made possible through the continuous support of Municipal Mayor Hon. Norman S. Ong, Vice Mayor Hon. Maria Gracia M. Zapanta, and the members of the 16th Sangguniang Bayan. Their unwavering dedication to our community's safety and resilience fuels our collective mission to remain vigilant and prepared.

With activities like these, we reaffirm our commitment to building a disaster-ready resilient community, prepared to protect and support one another when faced with adversity. 🛡️👨‍🚒

Sa pamumuno ni Anthony B. Lorenzo, MGDH-I (LDRRMO) ang MDRRMO-Rizal ay nanguna sa pagtuturo ng Basic Rope Rescue skills para sa ating mga Navy Marines Reserve/Active Forces, kasama ang ating Philippine Marines sa pangunguna ni 1Lt Marissa G. Meriel PN(M)at Major Rodel Lobaton ng Reservist, ito ay isang malaking tulong para sa kanilang training at paghahanda sa kanilang mga misyon. Ginanap ito ngayong araw July 25,2024 sa MDRRMO Training Center.

Nagdulot ito ng maraming kaalaman at kasanayan sa mga kalahok. Sana ay maging inspirasyon ito sa iba pang mga miyembro ng ahensya na magbigay ng kanilang kakayahan at kaalaman para sa ikauunlad ng kanilang organisasyon.

May 31,2024|Araw ng biyernes ay matagumpay na naisagawa ang 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝘼𝙞𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 sa mga kawani ng MDRRMO-Rizal kasama ang Palawan Rescue 165 at MDRRMO-Espaniola na ginananap sa bayan Ng Rizal.

Matapos ang limang araw na pagsasanay, ay matagumpay na nakapagtapos ng Basic Life Support at Standard First Aid (SFA) ang (26) na kalahok sa nasabing Training na ginanap simula pa noong ika-
27 hanggang ika 31 ng Mayo 2024.

Ang nasabing pagsasanay ay pinangunahan ng Provincial Health Office, katuwang ang ilang tagapagsanay mula sa bayan ng Narra at MDRRMO-Rizal.

𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒

Sa pamumuno ni Local Disaster Risk Reduction Officer Anthony B. Lorenzo (MDRRMO-Head), Romeo D Cadang (Training Chief) at ibang mga staff. Ang MDRRMO ay nagsagawa ng First Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) sa Lionheart Incorporated Main office at factory site Barangay Culasian kasama ang ating Phillippine National Police (PNP) at Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ngayong araw ng March 25, 2024, alas 9 ng umaga.

Matagumpay na natapos ng 136 na empleyado ng Lionheart main office at factory site ang Earthquake Drill na ginanap ngayong araw.

Ating pinasasalamatan ang lahat ng mga nakilahok sa ating earthquake drill. Ang inyong pagsali ay nagpapakita ng inyong pagiging handa at pagkakaisa sa panahon ng kalamidad. Patuloy po tayong magtulungan upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng lahat. Maraming salamat sa inyong suporta!

Ngayong araw ika-13 ng Marso
Ang MDRRMO-Rizal ay nagbahagi ng kaunting kaalaman sa mga 4ps mula sa Brangay Candawaga at Campong Ulay tungkol sa mga posibleng sakuna na maaaring dumating tulad ng bagyo, baha, sunog, landslide, at lindol.

Pinangunahan ito ng MDRRMO Rizal Training Head na si Christian Lozada.
Ibinahagi niya ang mga kailangang laman ng EBALDE o go bag na dapat handa sa oras ng sakuna. Ang mga ito ay kailangang magtaglay ng mga mahahalagang gamit tulad ng pagkain, tubig, gamot, damit, at iba pa. Sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng kaalaman, mahalaga na handa at alisto ang bawat mamamayan sa anumang posibleng sakuna na maaaring dumating.

Ito ay hiling mula sa Barangay Candawaga at Barangay Campong Ulay at agad naman itong pinaunlakan ng ating Municipal Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Mr. Anthony B. Lorenzo (MDRRMO head)
