A successful Medical Outreach Program was held last October 3, 2025, in Barangay Sebaca, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte. This initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the MSWDO, OSCA, and Rizal RHU, headed by Dr. Yazmir Alrad M. Atong. The activity primarily catered to senior citizens from the coastal barangays of Rizal, providing them with free medical consultations, health services, and support for their well-being. This program highlights the community’s commitment to caring for the elderly sector and ensuring that accessible healthcare reaches even the farthest coastal areas of Rizal.

Manigsaca, together with Vice Mayor Jose Salac and Committee chair Hon Paul Salatandre, successfully handed over the subsidy to five (5) qualified solo patents. Present also was our MSWDO Ms. Jovelyn Poligrates , ensuring continued support for our solo parents.
