BARANGAY-LEVEL RE-ORIENTATION ON THE PMNP INFORMATION SYSTEM & HCSC

‎Earlier today, August 19, 2026, the Sta. Maria Rural Health Unit successfully conducted the Barangay-Level Re-Orientation on the PMNP Information System and Household Convergence Scorecard (HCSC) in Barangay Bonga, Sta. Maria, Romblon.
‎
‎The activity was attended by our Barangay Health Workers (BHW), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), Midwife, Assigned Nurse, and Barangay Nutrition Committee (BNC) members, focusing on the proper procedures, updates, and requirements for the Quarter 3, 2026 HCSC data collection.
‎
‎This initiative strengthens our commitment to accurate data gathering, effective community health programs, and better service delivery for the people of Barangay Bonga.
‎
‎Thank you to the Sta. Maria Rural Health Unit and all participants for their active participation and cooperation. 💚

Ang Commission on Higher Education (CHED) sa pakikipagtulungan ng Lokal na Pamahalaang Bayan ng Santa Maria ay magbibigay ng ONE-TIME EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE sa ilalim ng TULONG DUNONG PROGRAM (TDP).

𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐎 𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐖𝐄𝐃𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐆-𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐘?
Mga kwalipikadong college students na residente ng Santa Maria, Romblon:
• Anak ng Solo Parent
• Kasalukuyang naka-enrol bilang estudyante sa kolehiyo sa isang HEI na kinikilala ng CHED
• Hindi tumatanggap ng iba pang iskolarship o tulong pinansiyal mula sa pamahalaan na may katulad na benepisyo.

• Certificate of Registration (COR) o Certificate of Enrollment para sa 1st Semester ng SY 2026-2027
• Kopya ng School ID
• Barangay Certificate of Indigency
