A heartfelt congratulations to all our amazing candidates for the successful conduct of Mr. & Ms. National Disability Rights (NDR) 2026! 💙

Twelve (12) remarkable Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) confidently took part in this meaningful event, showcasing their talents, confidence, beauty, and inspiring stories. More than a pageant, this celebration highlighted the importance of inclusion, equal opportunities, and the empowerment of every PWD in our community.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to Hon. Mayor Chantilli Ann Victoria L. Blanco for her unwavering support and commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Municipality of Ronda.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Sir Yogi Jumao-as and his team of the PWD Rehabilitation Center for his invaluable assistance and steadfast support, which greatly contributed to the successful implementation of this activity.

To all the organizers, judges, sponsors, volunteers, families, and everyone who contributed to making this event a success. Daghang salamat!

Today, we celebrated not only National Disability Rights (NDR) Week, but also our shared commitment to creating a community where every person is valued, respected, and included.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Mr. Michael Allan O. Pielago for generously sharing his knowledge, experience, and inspiring words. Your message reminded us that disability rights are human rights, and that true inclusion begins with understanding and action.

A special thank you as well to Mr. Yogi Jumao-as, whose unwavering presence and support throughout the event meant so much to all of us.

Our deepest appreciation to our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Chantilli Ann Victoria Blanco, for making this meaningful celebration possible through your continued support and commitment to programs that promote inclusivity and equal opportunities for everyone.

Pursuant to the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor, classes in all public and private schools at all levels in the Municipality of Ronda are hereby SUSPENDED effective 1:00 PM today (9 July 2026) due to the potential effects of volcanic ashfall from the recent activity of Kanlaon Volcano.

Residents are advised to take necessary precautions:
• Stay indoors whenever possible.
• Wear a face mask if going outdoors.
• Keep doors and windows closed.
• Monitor updates only from official government sources.

The safety and well-being of our learners and the public remain our highest priority.

Ang mga bata, senior citizens, buntis, ug adunay sakit sa baga o hika ginaawhag nga magpabilin sa sulod sa balay kung mahimo.

Padayon nga bantayi ang mga opisyal nga pahibalo ug amping kanunay.
