🔹 Committee Report:
1. The Committee on Good Governance reports that it has received the verified answer of PB Charlie Pilotin regarding the administrative complaint filed against him, along with a motion to suspend the investigation pursuant to the 90-day ban on administrative cases relative to the upcoming Barangay Elections; however, the Committee clarified that if the elections are postponed or rescheduled, the administrative investigation will proceed immediately.
🔹Other Matter Discussed:
1. Noisy Muffler:
Councilor Tagalicud highlighted the issue of noisy mufflers disturbing residents. In response, the Presiding Officer recommended revisiting the current anti-modified muffler ordinance, while Councilor Coloma noted that its loopholes need fixing. The Committees on Transportation and Peace and Order will joint-review the ordinance to update it, and a revised version will be scheduled for approval in a future session.
