Please be informed that on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, transactions at the Municipal Government of Rosario, Batangas will be until 12:00 noon only to give way for the Culminating Activity of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme: “BAWAT KAWANI, LINGKOD BAYANI: PUSO, DANGAL AT GALING PARA SA BAYAN.”

Essential and frontline services (Office of the Municipal Mayor (OMM), Office of the Municipal Health Officer (MHO), Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO), and Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar (MCR), Office of the Municipal Treasurer (MTO) shall remain available through a skeleton workforce to attend to urgent transactions.

We seek your kind understanding and cooperation as we celebrate this significant milestone honoring our public servants.
