Please be informed that at about 03:00PM of September 12, 2022 PLTCOL BONIFACIO O RECAFORT C, HRAO Conducted custodial facility inspection at Rosario MPS. This is to assure the public that our facilities are clean, functional, well managed, abides with the minimum health protocol against the pandemic and ensures the health of our Person Under Police Custody (PUPC).
