SCHEDULE OF MOBILE SERVICE
The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office IV-A announces the conduct of Mobile Service at Rosario, Batangas (Don Antonio Luansing Memorial Plaza, Poblacion B) on December 2, 2025 (Tuesday), 8:00 A.M. โ 5:00 P.M.
All applicants are advised to log in at https//online.prc.gov.ph and pay online to secure an appointment before proceeding to the said mobile service venue. Only those with an appointment schedule at ๐ฅ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ, ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ (๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฎ, ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฏ๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐) will be accommodated.
Clients who took their licensure examination and/or initial registration in Lucena City, are encouraged to fill out this Google Form. This form serves as a request to bring the original Report of Ratings and Certificate of Registration to the mobile service venue.
