In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of oneβs actions. Among BFAR employees, integrity is a collective term used to describe their desired core values of being trustworthy, principled, transparent, honest, accountable, and credible.

Among the BFAR employees, professionalism is a collective term for being competent, dedicated, committed, service-oriented, respectful to clients and co-workers, self-reliant, courteous, industrious, disciplined, caring, a team player, resilient, and excellent.

Innovativeness refers to the value which encourages the creation of better or more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or ideas that are accepted by markets, governments, and society. Among BFAR employees, innovativeness is a value associated with creativity, initiative, pioneering, trail blazing, think tanking, resourcefulness, being proactive, predictability and standardization.
