📚🛡️ **ORIENTATION ON LEARNERS’ RIGHTS AND PROTECTION MEASURES** 🛡️📚

Libas Elementary School conducted an Orientation on Learners’ Rights and Protection Measures Prior to the Conduct of an Active Shooter Drill, with PCMS Kysler A. Fernando through the effort of the School Principal
Dr. Joel D. Arroyo and DRRM Coor. Lovely Joy B. Orbista

The orientation aimed to help our parents and learners understand their **rights, responsibilities, and appropriate safety measures** during emergency situations. Through age-appropriate discussions and guidance, learners were reminded of the importance of staying calm, following safety instructions, and seeking help from trusted adults and school personnel when necessary.

This activity reflects the school’s continuing commitment to creating a **safe, secure, child-friendly, and protective learning environment** where every learner feels valued and protected. 💙

We believe that **preparedness begins with knowledge**, and empowering our learners with the right information is an essential step toward building a safer school community.

**Safety. Awareness. Protection. Empowerment.**
Together, we keep our learners safe! 🤝🛡️

🚨 **NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED) 2026** 🚨

Libas Elementary School actively participated in the **National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)**, strengthening our preparedness and awareness in times of earthquakes. 🌏🫡
This is through the initiative of DRRM Coor.
Mrs. Lovely Joy B. Orbista.

Through this activity, our learners, teachers, and school personnel practiced the essential **“Duck, Cover, and Hold”** procedure, followed by an orderly evacuation to the designated assembly area.

The drill serves as a reminder that **preparedness saves lives**. By practicing today, we become more confident and ready to respond during an actual earthquake.

👏 Congratulations to the entire Libas Elementary School community for your active participation and cooperation!

**Be alert. Be prepared. Stay safe!**

Safety and preparedness remain a top priority at **Libas Elementary School**! 🏫💙

We successfully conducted a **School Safety Drill** to strengthen the readiness and awareness of learners, teachers, and school personnel in responding to emergencies and unforeseen situations.

The activity provided an opportunity for everyone to practice proper safety procedures, follow emergency protocols, remain calm, and work together during times of crisis. Through regular drills, the school continues to promote a culture of **preparedness, responsibility, and safety**.

👏 Congratulations to all learners, teachers, and personnel headed by the School Principal III, Dr. Joel D. Arroyo and DRRM Coor. Lovely Joy B. Orbista and for the special participation of Brgy. Libas Capt. Hon. Jobby F. Nalica.
