Our Engineering, Construction & Maintenance personnel will be conducting the replacement of the leaking steel ring fl**ge & gasket at the 600mm steel transmission line at Pangpang, Bolo Bridge Crossing, Roxas City. Also, the replacement of the damaged 150mm gate valve at Arcabalo, Bolo, Roxas City on September 7, 2026.

This will cause a TEMPORARY water interruption to the following areas on September 7 from 8:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M. (September 8):

Whole of Panay

Roxas City (except Cabugao, Adlawan, Liong, Jumaguicjic, San Jose, & Lonoy)

Ivisan (except Ilaya & Sta. Cruz)

We apologize for the inconvenience. Normal water pressure will resume as soon as the needed works are completed.

Today, August 31, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Filipino heroes—both those remembered in our history and the everyday heroes who continue to serve and make a difference in our communities.

May their example inspire us to serve our fellow Filipinos with the same spirit of love for country and dedication to others.

In observance of National Heroes Day, MRWD offices are CLOSED today. There will be NO COLLECTIONS, and NO PENALTIES shall be charged for payments made on the next business day.

Regular office operations and collections resume tomorrow, September 1.

Please be informed that Metro Roxas Water District (MRWD) offices will be CLOSED tomorrow, August 31, 2026 (Monday), in observance of National Heroes Day, a regular holiday.

Please be advised that there will be NO COLLECTIONS tomorrow.

Customers are also assured that NO PENALTIES shall be charged for payments made on the next business day due to the holiday.

Regular office operations and collections will resume on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Our Engineering, Construction, & Maintenance personnel will be conducting the interconnection of pipelines at Crossing Hermano, Calipayan Road, Punta Tabuc, Roxas City on August 29, 2026 from 9:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.

Our service area in Punta Tabuc will experience a TEMPORARY Water Interruption from 9:00 P.M. (August 29) to 1:00 A.M. (August 30).

Our Leak Repair team has detected a leakage in the Municipality of Panitan. Due to the ongoing repair of the said leakage, the following areas are currently experiencing water interruption or low water pressure:

Municipality of Panitan
Barangays Agkilo, Danao, Agbatan, Concencia and Cogon

Our team is currently working to complete the repair at the soonest possible time. Normal water service and pressure will gradually resume once the repair is completed.

Our Leak Repair Team has detected an active leakage at Crossing Camunsil, Barangay Adlawan, which is currently affecting water pressure in several areas.

As a result, the following areas are experiencing low water pressure:

Roxas City:
Barangays Adlawan, San Jose, Liong, Jumaguicjic, Cabugao, Lonoy, Lanot, and Bolo

Municipality of Ivisan:
Ivisan Ilaya

Our team is currently working to complete the repair at the soonest possible time. Normal water service and pressure will gradually resume once the repair is completed and the affected pump is restored to operation.
