The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Oriental Mindoro, through the Project SPLIT Legal Team of the Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO), conducted a meeting to present and review the FY 2026 Reissuance Target Monitoring Report for Original Duplicate Copies (ODC) of titles at the DARPO Conference Hall in Brgy. Masipit, Calapan City.
The Presentation focused on the current status of targets, accomplishments, and remaining balances based on the monitoring spreadsheet.
The meeting also discussed categories such as affidavits of loss submitted and under preparation status, verification of ODC documents, buyer and previous landowner transactions, reconstitution-related submissions, surrendered titles, refusals and unlocated areas with a breakdown per area to show performance distribution.
During the discussion, discrepancies between target figures and actual accomplishments were clarified, and entries that remain under verification were identified as well as areas with outstanding balances were noted for follow-up and issues and concerns related to implementation were considered.
The meeting was presided over by Atty. Jesus Franco B. Lasquite, Legal Coordinator for Project SPLIT, and attended by designated Municipal Cluster Coordinators Annie Rose J. Manlolo (Cluster I), Rocma M. Macarasam (Cluster II), Cielo C. Misal (Cluster III) and Engr. Arnel S. Barrios (Cluster IV), along with members of the Legal Team-PPMO.
