𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | LTO MIMAROPA Regional Director PBGen. Ronnie S. Montejo (Ret.), Ph.D. paid a courtesy visit to Municipality of Roxas Mayor Hon. Pedy Bautista Sabando, reaffirming the Land Transportation Office’s commitment to strengthen partnerships with local government units in advancing road safety and responsive public service.

The meeting focused on collaborative measures to enhance road safety awareness in Roxas Palawan, strengthen inter-agency coordination, and intensify information and education campaigns for motorists, pedestrians, and other road users. The discussion underscored the importance of a unified and community-centered approach in promoting safer roads and responsible road use.

Following the courtesy visit, RD Montejo also took time to visit the LTO Roxas Extension Office and engage with its employees, not simply as an official giving directives, but as a public servant willing to listen. He personally inquired about their working conditions, daily frontline experiences, and the challenges they encounter in delivering essential services to the public.

The visit also included an assessment of the office’s actual operations, transaction flow, equipment readiness, and overall delivery of services. As with his previous field engagements, RD Montejo emphasized that integrity, efficiency, professionalism, and compassion must remain at the heart of every LTO employee’s work.

Muling ipinababatid ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa publiko na pansamantalang hindi magagamit ang Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) dahil sa isang technical issue na katulad ng naranasang aberya noong nakaraang linggo.

Kasalukuyang ginagawa ng LTO ang mga kinakailangang hakbang upang maibalik sa normal ang operasyon ng sistema sa lalong madaling panahon. Kasabay nito, pinag-aaralan din ang mga posibleng solusyon at isinasagawa ang mga pagpapahusay sa sistema upang mabawasan ang pagkaantala ng serbisyo at maiwasan ang mga katulad na aberya sa hinaharap.

Habang isinasagawa ang mga hakbang na ito, maaaring hindi magamit pansamantala ang mga transaksyong may kaugnayan sa LTMS. Dahil dito, pinapayuhan ang lahat ng tanggapan at mga kinauukulan na ipagpaliban muna ang mga transaksyon sa LTMS hanggang sa maglabas ng panibagong abiso.

Tinitiyak ng ahensya na prayoridad ang agarang maibalik sa normal ang operasyon ng sistema. Magbibigay ang LTO ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling ganap nang maibalik ang serbisyo.

Please be advised that the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) is currently offline due to an ongoing technical issue, similar to the incident encountered last week.

Our technical team is actively conducting further investigation and implementing additional corrective measures. In view of the recurring nature of this issue, we are also exploring alternative solutions and system improvements aimed at minimizing downtime and preventing future disruptions.

During this period, LTMS-related transactions may be temporarily unavailable. All concerned offices and stakeholders are advised to hold off on any LTMS transactions until further notice.

Rest assured that we are prioritizing the immediate restoration of services. A follow-up advisory will be issued once the system has been fully restored.
