Isinagawa ngayong unang araw ng Disyembre ang tradisyunal na pagtaas ng watawat ng Pilipinas alinsunod sa Civil Service Memorandum Circular Blg. 19, s. 2012, at Republic Act No. 8491 o ang Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines, gayundin ang pinakabagong alituntunin sa Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular Blg. 16, s. 2024 na naglalaman ng Revised Dress Code para sa mga kawani ng gobyerno sa ilalim ng direktiba ni ni Punong Bayan Kgg. Pedy Bautista Sabando at Bise-Alkalde Kgg. Alfredo B. Enojas Jr. kasama ang mga Sangguniang Bayan Members, mga Department Heads, mga empleyado at iba’t ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan, sa pangangasiwa ng Human Resource Management Office.

Kasabay nito, ang mga anunsyo ng bawat opisina na gaganapin sa mga susunod na araw, na naglalayong mapahusay ang serbisyo publiko. Malugod din ang pagtanggap sa mga mag-aaral na magsasagawa ng immersion bilang bahagi ng kanilang pagsasanay.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 106 ng Office of the President at rekomendasyon ng NDRRMC, suspendido ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa Bayan ng Roxas sa Nobyembre 10–11, 2025 dahil sa inaasahang epekto ng Super Typhoon “Uwan.”

Ang mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa disaster response, kalusugan, kapayapaan at kaayusan, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo ay mananatiling nakahanda at patuloy ang operasyon.

Hinihikayat ang mga pribadong kompanya at establisimyento na magsagawa ng kaukulang pag-iingat at maaaring magsuspinde ng trabaho ayon sa kanilang pagpapasya para sa kaligtasan ng lahat.

Maging alerto, manatiling ligtas, at patuloy na makinig sa mga opisyal na abiso ng inyong lokal na pamahalaan.
