During the meeting, both the Management and the Union reached a consensus and approved the proposed Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) of the Roxas, Palawan Municipal Government Employees' Association (ROPAMGEA).

This milestone reflects the spirit of collaboration, mutual respect, and constructive dialogue between the Management and the Union in advancing the welfare and protecting the rights and interests of all municipal government employees.

ROPAMGEA extends its sincere appreciation to the members of the Management-Union Consultative Council for their unwavering support, cooperation, and commitment throughout the consultative process.
