𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 || 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩 (𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐒) – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟓 - 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

To ensure the smooth release of sanitary permits for food and non-food establishment owners and compliance with health and sanitation standards, all business applicants are required to secure the following laboratory and diagnostic examinations at the Sablan Municipal Health Office (MHO) Laboratory, located at the new laboratory building in Poblacion, Sablan, Benguet, or from any accredited laboratories, from January 5 to 20, 2026. These, along with the other requirements listed below, form part of the Health Certificate requirements for sanitary permit processing.

𝟏. 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)- (last week of December 2025 to January 2026)
• Routine Fecalysis (last week of December 2025 to January 2026)
• Routine Urinalysis (last week of December 2025 to January 2026)
• Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Screening (3-year validity)
• Chest X-ray (one-year validity)
• Food Handler’s Certificate (three-year validity)

𝟐. 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)- (last week of December 2025 to January 2026)
• Routine Urinalysis (last week of December 2025 to January 2026)
• Chest X-ray (one-year validity)

📌 Please proceed to the Health and Sanitation Admission Area (Municipal Driveway for BOSS on January 5, 2026, at 8:00 AM) for assessment and issuance of specimen containers.

Please collect the required specimens before queuing at the laboratory to ensure a smooth process. Applicants without urine and stool specimens will not be accommodated, to allow sufficient time for processing and timely release of permits.
