Thousands of Sagaynon learners are receiving learning support materials under Project Lapis kag Papel Year 8 as the City Government of Sagay continues its commitment to making education more accessible and inclusive for every child.

Now on its eighth year, the program has expanded to reach learners from elementary to senior high school, providing age-appropriate educational materials to help them prepare for the opening of classes and succeed in their studies.

Through the combined efforts of the City Government, DepEd Sagay, school officials, teachers, and community partners, Project Lapis kag Papel continues to invest in the future of Sagay by supporting over 40,000 learners across the city.

The Sagay City Primary Care Facility invites all Sagaynons living with hypertension, diabetes, or both to become members of the newly launched Sagay City Hypertension and Diabetes Club.

Guided by the theme “Prevent, Protect, Prosper: A Unified Fight Against Hypertension and Diabetes,” the club aims to empower patients through health education, early detection, proper treatment, healthy lifestyle practices, and continuous community support.

By becoming a member, you will be part of a growing network of individuals, healthcare providers, barangay officials, and community partners working together to reduce complications, improve quality of life, and build a healthier Sagay City.

A united, empowered, and health-conscious Sagay City with significantly reduced cases and complications of hypertension and diabetes through accessible healthcare, healthy living, and community collaboration.

Our Mission

The Hypertension and Diabetes Club of Sagay City shall serve as a community-based support organization committed to promoting awareness, early detection, proper treatment, and healthy lifestyle practices for individuals with hypertension and diabetes.

Through patient empowerment, active community participation, and strong collaboration among healthcare providers, barangay officials, and local stakeholders, the club aims to improve the quality of life of every member and build a healthier Sagay City community.
