SUMALA SA ATONG MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2019-09 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "ANTI-PLASTIC ORDINANCE" ANG MOSUNOD MAO ANG HUGTANONG PAGPATUMAN SA GINADILI NGA PAGGAMIT SA PLASTIC BAGS, DRINKING STRAWS, AND STYROFOAM OR STYROPOR:
1) Paggamit niini ingon nga packaging material
o sudlanan alang sa mga dry goods ug wet
goods.
2) Paggamit ug mga plastic utensils sama sa
plastic nga kutsara, tinidor, kutsilyo nga
mangaon sa mga carenderia o restaurant
or sa mga take-out customers.
3) Paggamit sa usa ka plastic bag ingon nga
garbage bag
4) Paggamit ug plastic flaglets o "bandaritas"
panahon sa fiestas sa mga aktibidad sa
barangay man o sa municipio nga walay
pagtugot gikan sa buhatan sa Mayor.

GINADILI USAB ANG PAGGAMIT O PAGBALIGYA SA PLASTIC BAG DIHA SA MGA BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS:

1) Plastic bags ingon nga packaging materials
sa mga dry goods.
2) Paggamit ug mga styrofoam ug uban pang
pang plastic containers para sa pagkaon, i
ilimnon o pabugnaw o bisan unsa nga
produkto.
3) Pagbaligya ug mga plastic bags sa bisan
unsa nga color.
4) Paglabay sa bisan unsang plastic bags,
candy wrappers, tirongan or bisan unsa
solid waste materials diha sa atong mga
drainage canals, kalsada, suba/sapa or any
any body of waters ug public places.

Hinonoa, atong gidasig ug giagda ang tanang mga Sagbayanon, negosyante ug mga customers diha sa atong mga business establishments, pribado man o merkado, sari-sari store ug uban pasa pagtuman sa maong mga balaod ug sa pagamit hinoon sa mga mosunod:

1) Sa mga tindahan ug baligyaanan either sulod or gawas sa atong mercado poblico nga mogamit ug mga supot, o old news paper para sa pgputos sa ilang ginapamalit.

2) Sa mga customers, giagda nato ang tanan nga magdala sila ug eco-bag, bayong or basket matag panabo o mamalit sa atong mga mercado.

3) No segregation of solid waste matrials no collection policy hugtanon nga ipatuman sa atong lungsod. Sa ating pasegregate sa soilud waste, maoy gamiton ang mga sako ug dili na ang plastic bags in any color lakip ang itom nga bag dili na pwede.

Hugtanon kining ipatuman sa atong lungsod sa Sagbayan sugod karong umaabot Lunes, Mayo 25, 2026.

💥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧: Kindly anticipate possible power interruptions due to an insufficient power supply , as the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has issued a red alert status for the Visayas Grid.
BOHECO I has received information from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) that an 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 will be implemented shortly in the areas listed above 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐆𝐂𝐏’𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 and ensure the safety and stability of power delivery.

Please note that NGCP and BOHECO I are separate entities:
• 𝐍𝐆𝐂𝐏 operates and maintains the transmission lines that deliver high-voltage electricity from generating plants to substations.
• 𝐁𝐎𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐎 𝐈, on the other hand, is responsible for distributing power from those substations to your homes and communities.

This interruption stems from 𝐍𝐆𝐂𝐏’𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, which is outside BOHECO I’s distribution network. Rest assured, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐆𝐂𝐏 to ensure power is restored safely and at the soonest possible time.
⚠️ 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: Always treat all power lines as energized and take necessary precautions. Power may be restored 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 once NGCP’s activity is completed.

On May 5, 2026 dubbed as DU EK SAM NIGHT will present Live Band with Marino DJ jamming with music and other talents to be held at Sagbayan Municipal Gymnasium @ 6:00 PM until 12:00 midnight.

To accomodate more people, Engr. Jun-Jun Q. Suarez, will install LED Big Screen at the Municipal Cultural Center.

We would like to emphasize here that NO government funds of LGU Sagbayan is being utilized for the aforesaid event.
